Welcome to TogetherSince. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
TogetherSince lets you create personalized, animated memory pages published at a public URL. A purchase grants you one year of hosting for one page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. The service is not intended for children under 16; identifiable images of children require the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Your content & rights
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload. You confirm you have the rights and consent to use all content you add, and you grant us a limited license to host and display it for the purpose of operating your page.
4. Acceptable use & prohibited content
You may not upload, publish, or link to content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. In particular, and without limitation, you must not upload:
- any sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- intimate, sexual, or nude images of any person shared without that person’s consent (“non-consensual intimate imagery”);
- content that impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or relationship;
- content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
- hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent content; or
- malware, or content that violates any applicable law.
We may remove content, suspend, or delete any page that violates these terms, or upon a valid legal or takedown request, with or without notice. We may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.
5. Copyright & takedown (notice-and-takedown)
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on a page infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@togethersince.app with: the URL of the page, a description of the work or right infringed, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing content, and we may terminate pages of repeat infringers.
6. AI-generated text
Optional AI features generate suggested message text. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it. We do not warrant AI output.
7. Payment & hosting term
Purchases are one-time charges processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and seller of record. Hosting lasts one year from purchase. Yearly renewals keep your page online. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Sub-processors
We use Supabase (database/auth), Cloudinary (media), Paddle (payments), Resend (email), OpenAI (AI text), and Vercel (hosting) to operate the service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TogetherSince and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you upload or publish, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This reflects that you — not TogetherSince — control and are responsible for the content on your page.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the page giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon. This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections they are entitled to under the law of their country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
